Missouri does not require paid sick leave. Not required as of 2026. Missouri's voter-approved paid sick leave (Proposition A) was repealed by the legislature effective August 28, 2025. The $15.00 minimum wage from Proposition A remains in effect. Some employers still offer it as a benefit, and cities in some states set their own rules.
